Hydrochloric Acid, 10% solution, 500ml

This is a volume dilution of Hydrochloric acid and water. Uses include testing rocks for calcium carbonate. A fizzing reaction when a drop of 10% HCl is applied to a rock indicates the presence of calcium carbonate. Hydrochloric acid is historically called muriatic acid.
