The Cimarec+ 10” X 10” stirring hot plate is a heating and stirring plate designed for laboratory procedures requiring precise control of temperature and stirring speed. It includes a digital temperature display and a digital speed display for monitoring actual temperature and stirring speed. The hot plate is capable of producing accurately controlled top plate temperatures in one degree increments from 30°C through 400°C. The temperature is controlled at the plate surface by an internal sensor.
The stirrer will accurately maintain stirring speeds from 50 rpm up to 1500 rpm. The top plate is solid ceramic and is suitable for use with glass or metal vessels. Perfect for general purpose heating applications and general laboratory mixing of solutions, including sample preparation, heating reagents, melting paraffin, warming resinous chemicals, content analysis, solvent evaporations, digestions, media preparation and sterilization, titrations, sand baths, and microscale chemistry application.
